The development of economics and rapid expansion of population which e xerted a greater pressure on LUCC may cause many injuries to the ecosystem services. The main purpose of this study is analyze the change of the ecosyste m services valuation caused by the change of land use. The main results are a s following:(1).From 1997 to 2012, the cultivated land area in the study area is in do wnward trend when Woodland, grassland, land for traffic and residential areas are in upward trend. The variation tendency of water area is complicated.(2). The comprehensive index of land use in the study period has reduced constantly, which means during the study period the development restrictions of the study area is smooth.(3). The ecosystem service value of the study area is relatively flat from 1997 to 1999, from 1999 to 2006 took on a gentle fluctuant increasing, and h ad a obvious rise from 2009 to 2012. Combined with the natural environment limit, social development and policy changes in the study area, it shows that t he ecosystem service value change of study area has a sensitive response to p olicy changes.(4). The relationship between Land Use Change and ecosystem service val ue change of the study area is very close but complicated at same time. There is an obvious correlation between each other, but the driving factor is comple x.(5). In terms of the contribution of various land use to ecosystem services, woodland and grassland make the most important contribution to the ecosyste m service of the study area, followed by the cultivated land and water area.(6) The path coefficient analysis results show that the descending direct in fluence on ecosystem services valuation which Land use exerted is concerned with these lands: forest land, grassland, farmland, water, construction land. Fore st land, grassland, cultivated land and waters in the study area promoted the d evelopment of ecosystem services valuation. The construction land in the study area impeded the development of ecosystem services valuation. The descendin g indirect influence on ecosystem services valuation which Land use exerted is concerned with these lands: water, forest land, grassland, construction land. Fo rest land and construction land in the study area promoted the development of ecosystem services valuation, while the cultivated land, grassland and water ar ea in study area impeded the development of ecosystem services valuation.
