Research On Trust Repair Mechanisms Inside Cooperation Between Enterprises Of Supply Chain

The trust management between supply chain cooperative enterprises is the origin and important guarantee of enterprises’competitive advantages, and it will improve the efficiency of coordination of the systems within organizations, thus affect organizations’performance.The trust between the supply chain cooperative enterprises has irreplaceable function to the development of enterprises. Cooperative trust is beneficial to the decreasing of enterprises’management and operation cost, weakening the negative emotion of enterprises and reducing dissatisfied actions during cooperation, such as violation and corporate relationship breakdown. Meanwhile, cooperative trust can also stimulate enterprises, helping them show positive working attitude, increasing working satisfaction and engagement.China is now faced with the internationalization of market competition, and enterprisesare faced with challenges such as organizational reform, team management, project management, horizontal integration, fast reaction and so on.Whilein the age of rapid developing and splitting transformation, the trust between supply chain cooperative enterprises is easily to be damaged, and it is much harder to repair damaged trust than to first establish the trust. In order to establish long term cooperative relationship with high trust and promote the cooperation between members and effective operation of supply chain, the trust culture in China and the situation of trust between cooperative enterprises should be understand first.Firstly, trust is not a one-way issue. One of the difficulty of forming the two-way mechanism of trust repairing is that how to stimulate the enthusiasm of both parties, especially the enthusiasm of trustors, in trust repairing process. Secondly, the repairing strategy varies according to the different degrees of trust violation. The question that how to repair trust with certain target in order to make sure each member receives effective trust repair and keep high trust status to the cooperative relationship is the second difficult.Thirdly, there are several elements which affects the trust repairing between cooperative enterprises. Among these elements, which of them are critical, what relationship between such elements and trust repairing and how to provide enterprises specific repairing strategy via understanding such elements is another issue.This dissertation is going to research the trust repairing mechanism among the supply chain cooperative enterprises. Through the understanding of the influential elements of the violation of trust relationship between enterprises in our country, this dissertation will take the degrees of trust violation between cooperative enterprises in China as an entry point, establish the comprehensive model of trust repairing between enterprises based on attribution repairing model and horizontal dynamic bilateral trust repairing model and four-stage model, and discuss the influence of the difference in trust violation degree to reliability, trust stage and trust repairing complexity. Based on the comprehensive model, this dissertation will discuss the influence of repairing strategies of trustors and trustees to the trust repairing of supply chain enterprises, propose a comprehensive strategy mechanism of trust repairing under different violation degrees, discuss the influence of different violation degrees to the choosing and operation of trust repairing strategies, and present effective repairing strategy.This research may enrich the research theory of trust repairing between supply chain cooperative enterprises. Meanwhile, this research is based on the trust characters of supply chain cooperative enterprises in our country, thus can provide suggestions to such enterprises to solve the trust repairing problems, which then carry both theoretical and practical significance.
