Three decades of reform and opening up, it is the period of rapid economic development of China, many Chinese enterprises have continuously added to the practice of strategic alliance. For these phenomena, the theory is not only an urgent need for the relevant theory to explain and clarify, identify and resolve some of the problems which exist, but also looking to grow this contact form strategic alliances and business, and to in-depth analysis and research to achieve upgrade,for the purpose of the core competitiveness of SMEs in China.Strategic Alliance was born in the eighties of the last century, once made, it has been rapid development. Currently, the organizational structure of the enterprise scale level has been constantly developing important form. Based on a strategic alliance to produce, under the background of rapid development, on the basis of full use of strategic alliances on the basis of the theory of the initial F to clarify the company’s strategy to build alliances, and various forms of development, research the company through strategic alliances to enhance their core competitive ways, measures, in-depth analysis of the company’s corporate strategy to build strengths and weaknesses, and learn from the company to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the form of management capabilities through strategic alliances and horizontal guidance of a comprehensive reform of the enterprises in the current next wave of how this important organization, part of the strategic development of SMEs to solve some of the bottlenecks in the process, so that China-related enterprises to achieve the goal of enhancing the core competitiveness.Based on the above goals, the paper first research background, significance and research ideas were condensed exposition; Chapter II is to be concise exposition of the theory of strategic alliances with its core competencies, based on a strategic alliance to introduce Western scholars study on the proposed strategic alliance through a description of the evolution of the form and the theory of core competitiveness of enterprises, to analyze how the strategic alliance is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to stimulate the process, which come in the form of strategic alliances in the organization of corporate strategy development process has the important practical role; Chapter III first write the background of F company, and then, on the motivation to establish strategic alliances, strategic alliances elaborate analyzes some specific steps F company established strategic alliances; Chapter contents mainly focuses on the core competitiveness of the company’s strategic alliance F management issues and precautions in order to reflect the establishment of strategic alliances of SMEs in the management process some of the considerations to improve Chinese enterprises to establish strategic alliances to improve effectiveness of core competitiveness.
