Research On Demand Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Agricultural Products And Its Trend In Henan

In recent years, with the constantly improvement of people’s living standards, the proportion of agricultural products with refrigeration and highly fresh in people’s daily consumption has gradually increased. And the requirement for the quality of agricultural products is increasing year by year. Perishability of fresh agricultural products and the traditional storage and transportation mode in our country, has made frequently safety accidents in the process of logistics. As a agricultural province, the contradiction between the broad market demand and the imperfect cold chain logistics system has become more and more sharp.The development and trend forecast of regional agricultural products cold chain logistics can provide scientific decision-making reference for cold chain logistics investors.And it is of great significance in enhancing the overall competitive ability of regional agricultural products.This paper is based on Henan province, and this study summarizes theory relevant to the agricultural products cold chain logistics.Based on comprehensive analysis of the agricultural products cold chain logistics demand influence factors and development environment of political and economic in Henan province, established the demand indicator system of agricultural products cold chain logistics of Henan province.Using Grey GM)11(,model, predicted the future demand for agricultural products cold chain logistics.And the analysis of agricultural products cold chain logistics influencing factors present and future in Henan by Grey correlative analysis method, explored the various development changes trend. Finally, this study infers agricultural products cold storage capacity in Henan province in the future, estimated the cold storage capacity gap.Combined with forecasting results and analysis, puts forward development suggestions about Henan agricultural products cold chain logistics.
