In the era of mobile Internet, looking for better development way for music industry, establish across different terminals, mobile Internet services in the form of business model, sichuan mobile music base at the end of 2011 launched the \ "cloud music\" innovation business plan, one of the essential factors in the success of the plan, is to realize the cash payment. The cash payment channel not unobstructed, wireless music, users still can only pay the phone bill ways and channels to buy wireless music products, will be very large restricts the development of wireless music, at the same time is growing fast and convenient other Internet content provider occupy market share. Music business cash payments and common software, system integration projects and telecom operators common engineering design, construction project is not the same, it involves the mobile communication, Internet, media, and other professional fields, need a lot of cooperation with internal external units. Music cash payment of the project is completed, will provide different communication customers with rich content of music appreciation, the scope of work and project cycle, the variability of workload is bigger, it is difficult to forecast, and in the process of project implementation, communication and cooperation between the units more time-consuming and difficult, therefore, a high efficient project team is particularly important.The author work for Sichuan mobile, it is state-owned enterprises, the current project management system is not mature enough, the project manager cannot obtain the full authorization, not to pay enough attention to the project team management and construction, and in many cases, the project manager of the enterprise as a conditioned leader, hands no more authority, and no way to compare to the project team members directly effective rewards and punishments, take the way, can only be through the good communication and team members unified target, try to get project team and efficient.The reality is that project team set up a few months later, music cash between team members complain about each other more and more, the team did not work normally, lead to can’t according to the project is expected to complete the project progress, failed to enter the project efficient operation in good condition. ZuJianQi in this article, through analysis of the project team and other development stages of team building and management process, find the project team members, team members act as the role of communication, project management, analysis and meet the demand of team members, as well as improvement of questions. In this paper, we study proposes ZuJianQi should focus on the structure and personnel, should be based on personal character and ability to make appropriate roles that the right people, and to ensure a smooth communication, try to meet the needs of the team members and other management measures,and in the course of project practice. After the implementation of the corresponding management measures, the project team in personnel development, resource control, communication efficiency, progress control, execution and so on several aspects has the obvious enhancement.
