The global economy is now in the huge impact of internet information revolution, while the internet has already affected the entity economy deeply and comprehensively, and play a unique role in the entity economy form revolution.While the crossover thinking impact us constantly, the model of traditional enterprise is changing greatly, with the boundary of online and offline, virtual and reality is disappearing. Along with the constantly technology breakthrough of 3G、4G,Wi-Fi、Li-Fi, mobile internet becomes strongly linked to all aspects of social life.In the wake of the popularity of smart phones, mobile devices have become the first big terminal of Chinese internet user.As a traditional state-owned company, Changhong International Hotel accumulates operation management experience in the market wave and basically establishes a development pattern of diversification, collectivize, cross-regional. Especially in the process of the development of recent years, Changhong International Hotel has carried out positive and beneficial attempt in the aspect of online sales. On one hand, it has gain some achievements and experience. On the other hand, it also has some problems such as the poor synchronization of online and offline, lack of professional management and service team, payment bottleneck, etc. In order to adapt to the new market environment and the development of the enterprises itself, Changhong International Hotel is exploring O2 O operation pattern actively to improve customer’s sense of experience.By analyzing the current O2 O development status and future trend of mobile internet era, this article presented clearly that enterprise must look for a new path in O2 O model. This article analyze the historical situation and future trend of tourism, hotel and catering industry in O2 O market, especially about the main online and offline work of Ctrip and Meituan, which are representative for OTA and vertical search platform. Combining with the advance experience and successful cases of catering and hotel in O2 O operation, help Changhong International Hotel to found the new path and method in O2 O operation.In view of hotel O2 O mode, this article puts forward the advice of improvement from the aspect of online promotion, communication, corporate culture communication, offline product attention, customer experience value, business environment construction and etc. Through information sharing, resource gather, three-dimensional interaction to improve hotel brand image and O2 O operation ability. It is hope that while cooperate with OTA, vertical search platform, hotel could also enhance the network platform construction itself and break payment neck-bottle actively.Last but not least, this article also puts forward corresponding strategies and measures of the improvement from the aspect of improving hotel product and service quality constantly, strengthening the construction of professional team, enhancing the management of network evaluation and network standard, and etc. Hope Changhong International hotel to become a real O2 O enterprise, achieve win-win of enterprise, customers and third parties, as well as to adapt to era development trend preferably.
