Coal-based electricity companies manage centralized purchasing existing problems, combined with the future requirements of the development of coal power enterprises centralized purchasing management, centralized procurement of coal-based electricity companies scientific and systematic management requirements, the overall framework of coal power enterprises to centralize procurement management optimization link control to the core, by means of information technology platform, including power companies plan to build coal centralized procurement management control, purchasing control, supply control, inventory control, payment control, five control subsystem, covering all aspects including material centralized control procurement management system, the formation of coal power enterprises centralized purchasing various business aspects of interlocking, mutual coordination and management systems constraints to achieve overall optimization and fine coal power enterprises centralized procurement management system.This study, in theory, to build a theoretical framework for the new era of China’s coal power enterprises centralized procurement management mode, which expand and enrich the theoretical perspective procurement management and research; was to improve and optimize the power companies in the practice of coal centralized purchasing provides specific reference.
