Thus, many agricultural enterprises have been the focus of public interest and controversy since listing.In recent years,the agricultural listed companies not only enjoy the policies such as subsidies,breaks, preferential loans, but also enjoy lower listing threshold, which facilitates their access to capital markets in order to compete in the capital markets. On the other hand, agricultural listed companies are not firm, and pursue blindly for diversification. Some agricultural listed companies even carry out the expansion of non-agricultural, farming, transformation. Nowadays, most companies are experiencing poor performance and agricultural management difficult, etc. Therefore, at present for agricultural listed companies, sustainable development is the key problem to solve.About non-agricultural business, a lot of research has focused on whether non-farm business can bring performance and value, but seldom on discussion on non-farm business and sustainable development from the view of dynamic,thus the non-farm business would naturally be ignored. This article focuses on the influence that diversified non-farm business put on the sustainable development of agricultural listed companies.
