ABSTRACT:F company as one of the Bank Business Process Outsourcing industry’s leading and State-owned enterprise, in cope with the recent changes of the external environment and other factors which lead to increased competition among the industry, after a strategy planning, proposed the fine management to achieve lower operating costs, improve professional level and relying on information technology as a support to realize the "Focus development strategy". But the internal information system of F Company’s "data islands" phenomenon restrict for management and operation more and more obvious. Mainly in the existing information system does not have capacity to analyze massive transaction data; integration of data which across different systems, departments, platform and formed one Criteria to the inside and outside for statistics, analysis and publish; lack of effective means of analysis, statistics and the mining of business value in the data.In order to solve the above problems, based on the theory of data-driven decision support systems, data warehouse, data mining, and OLAP (online analytical processing) technology, combining the characteristics of F company like the bank business process outsourcing companies, as well as the specific needs of each management level, planning a data-driven decision support system which are consistent with the characteristics of f company, Aimed at the entire F company can integrate data and fulfill sharing within the company information system,and break down data island phenomenon and build up the thematic analysis model, implementation of data statistics and analysis, mining data values and under the same criteria publish features, ultimately benefit management level for the depth of the hidden business value of data mining and forecasting, F company realized from direct management to rational management of strategic change.
