In many processes of knowledge management, knowledge sharing isthe most key step, it is the foothold of knowledge management. Therefore, thegovernment and scientific research personnel should be strengthened in the exchangeand sharing of science and technology report knowledge, and make better service tothe society with science and technology report.This paper introduces the related theory and concept of scientific and technicalreport, discusses the processes, mode of technology report knowledge sharing and itsperformance’s influencing factors in detail, on the basis of which constructsthe performance appraisal system of knowledge sharing, and calculate the weight ofthe proposed evaluation system. The present research of scientific report sharingservices is at the initial stage, so the index system and the basic points of view in thispaper has a certain role for further research in this area, but also to a certain extent, toguide our country to implement and improve the knowledge sharing of science andtechnology report.
