In this current advanced supply chain management mode, selecting a long-term strategic partner is the most important issue to build the supply chain. In the increasingly fierce competition, suppliers selection as the source of the supply chain determines the enterprises’ fate and affects the success of the enterprise in many ways, thus the selection of suppliers is a very important decision making process. However, the selection of suppliers is a very complex decision problems, in order to avoid making mistakes, improve the accuracy of decision making, multiple experts are needed to participate in the decision-making. Because of the complexity and opening of the supply chain, vendor selection will be affected by many factors, some of the factors in the decision making process is difficult to express in precise number and often need to use fuzzy numbers to represent the decision making information. Therefore, applying the fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method to the supplier selection problem has a very important and practical significance. Based on existing research, this paper further studied the theory of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method and its application in supplier selection, the main contents are listed as follows:Firstly, this paper studied some basic theory of the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, described the relevant definitions and algorithms of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and presented a weighted integration of the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Based on the possibility theory, defined the crisp weighted possibility mean of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, thus the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers can be defused into crisp.Secondly, this paper systematically introduced the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making theory and methods, focused on determining the attribute weights and expert weights of the multi-attribute decision making problem. The attribute weights and expert weights information is completely unknown in this problem, according to the index attribute value matrix, applied information entropy theory to determine the individual index attribute weights of expert objectively, used the modified evidence theory and the evidence distance theory determine the weight of experts objectively. Finally, combined the expert weight vector and the expert individual attribute index weight vector into comprehensive attribute index weight vector by using the fuzzy transform principle, therefore effectively avoid the influence of subjective factors.Thirdly, defined the Hamming distance and Euclidean distance of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers based on the Hausdorff distance, thus the classic multiple criteria compromise solution sorting method (VIKOR) was extended to the condition of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and the extended VIKOR triangular intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method was presented.Finally, this paper built the evaluation indicators of supplier selection based on the summary of the existing supplier selection research, including the product price, product quality, timely delivery of supplier, service levels of supplier, production capacity and the financial ability, used the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to express the fuzzy index attribute value evaluation information, integrated the experts fuzzy evaluation by using the weighted operator of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number, and applied the extended VIKOR multiple attribute group decision making method with triangular intuitionistic fuzzy to evaluating the five alternative suppliers of company, compared with other methods, the method presented in this paper is flexible and practical.
