An Empirical Research On Influencing Factor Of Knowledge Sharing Harmony In Supply Chain System

The knowledge sharing of supply chain system is an important content of the enterprise knowledge management, while the effective exchange and sharing of knowledge is an essential guarantee for enterprise knowledge application and knowledge innovation. With the final purpose of promoting core competitiveness of the enterprises in supply chain so as to realize the sustainable development of the supply chain, the establishment of harmonious theme in supply chain knowledge management system would facilitate those enterprises in supply chain to reach a common goal and create a harmonious knowledge sharing environment for them as well.In order to assist enterprises in better conducting the knowledge sharing, this article defines the concept of the supply chain system knowledge sharing harmony, through discussing performances of "Coordination Principle" and "Concord Principle" is in supply chain system knowledge sharing activities. Besides, it also provides the form dimension of supply chain system knowledge sharing harmony and presents the theory basis for each index:corporate performance, honest sharing, agile supply and stable cooperation, and presents the theory basis of every index.Based on the seven factors influencing sharing harmonious supply chain system knowledge which are the knowledge sharing demand, the trust level, incentive mechanism, barrier attribution of technical knowledge, executive attitude, organization and knowledge sharing cost, this article build the index system of the supply chain system knowledge sharing influencing factors and also put forward the research assumption.On the basis of the theoretical research above, through variable definition and scale design, this paper carries out study on sample enterprise by implementing the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview, chooses the standard sample using SPSS17.0statistical software to variables of the model by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and correlation analysis, for all variables in the assumption relation between with the multiple hierarchical regression method is verified.Conclusion jumped into through the empirical study is the few suggestions given to improve the knowledge sharing capability of enterprises in supply chain system.
