Based On Value Engineering Of The Shijing Shan District Of Beijing Industrial Spatial Layout Optimization Research

With the adjustment of industrial structure, the industrial economy into the structural adjustment and upgrade phase, industrial layout is reasonable or not influences the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, this paper takes Beijing city of Shijing Shan District as the research object, on the regional industrial structure and the problem of industrial layout analysis, analysis of the regional industrial structure problems existing in. We study the function and cost problem to the existing industrial layout by Using the theory and method of value engineering in Shijing Shan District, In order to get the layout value of the space industry, study how to use the lowest consumption of resources to achieve the required functions, to promote the regional comprehensive competitiveness, improve regional economic benefit and social benefit.First of all, this article through the positioning function of Beijing city industrial layout of Shijingshan District, analyzed the current situation of Shijing Shan District industrial structure and industrial distribution status, the use of SWOT analysis and the industrial structure deviation degree analysis method to the regional industry layout rationality is analyzed, the main analysis of the corresponding relationship between industry structure and employment structure is reasonable. In regional development, using CERNET index (Theil) method to measure the degree of inequality of development between different regions of Beijing City, and find the existing problems in the development of the region.Secondly, aiming at the existing problems of Shijing Shan District industrial development, the function of the layout of the space industry, find the corresponding data in the study on the basis of the analysis of functions and costs, using value engineering formula value coefficient, find the need to improve the function, combined with the actual situation of Shijing Shan District, based on three aspects of value engineering assessment results and the key way of value engineering to enhance the value of the development of industrial agglomeration, the cultural and creative industries, improve the ecological environment, puts forward the optimization scheme. Then, reevaluation of the optimized results and put forward the improved scheme.Finally, in this paper, after the research discovery, the theory and method of value engineering is not only applied to the study of the traditional micro products, can also be used to analysis the macro problems, according to the different research objects, combined with the actual situation, unreasonable to the research object with optimized scheme, to improve the study object of value, but also provide a reference for the government to improve regional competitiveness.
