The enterprises of our country about fulfilling the social responsibility holddifferent attitudes, most enterprises think that fulfilling social responsibility willtake additional cost, reduce the enterprise’s value, so our country exist the problemthat lacking of fulfilling the social responsibility. This study can provide supportingevidence for the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilityBased on the theoretical analysis,stakeholder theory to text-based,by signalingtheory and behavioral theory to analyze the performance of the feedback mechanismof the social responsibility of the enterprise value.In the empirical analysis section to2011-2013Shanghai A shares of Petroleum, chemical, plastic industry (short for C4industry) for the empirical analysis of sample data,respectively,corporate socialresponsibility and the value of the factor analysis,obtained composite score,the finalmultivariate regression analysis the following conclusions:Social responsibilityproduce a positive impact on the enterprise value;lagged a positive effect on socialresponsibility and the increased relevance of enterprise value;lagged two periods ofsocial responsibility and the positive effect coefficient increased enterprisevalue,indicating that corporate social affect the responsibility of the enterprise value iscumulative.The main innovation of this paper is to:firstly, This paper in the evolutionprocess of combing the domestic and international corporate social responsibilitydetermined to fulfill the social responsibility of the measure and explain the influenceof thecorporate social responsibility to the value of the enterprise; Secondly,In theempirical analysis part, respectively on the corporate social responsibility andcorporate value were factor analysis, fully reflects the connotation of the twoindicators not using single index measure.
