The Research About Performance Evaluation Of Air Express Enterprise Based On Collaborative Delivery Network

With the rapid development of express enterprises and economy,the domestic express market grows with high speed.Especially in recent years,the frequent trading of e-commerce and logistics demands stimulate logistics companies to grow and be mature. Currently,express companies deliver not only the traditional goods,but also the packet or document with high-value or important information.People prefer to pay more fees to choose the companies which cost less time and more safety.In order to meet the demand of effectiveness and security,express companies would like to deliver goods which on the main-line by air. With the openness of our air market,the air express in our country is entering into the period of high speed.The air express portfolio grew by more than20%per year in the last decade,which is triple of average level in the world. The air express will be the developmental direction in the future. Enterprises must have the ability of rapid response to the market,and pay more attention to time-cost to meet the need of efficient,speedy..security and accuracy in China.However, fast speed they have, more cost they must undertake.Delivery network is came up with in order to reduce costs,improve speedy and customer satisfaction,and achieve the maximum profits ultimately.Delivery network becomes an important form of delivery,and the object of study in my paper.The existing researches for the performance evaluation of delivery network have two problem.One is that scholars often pay more attention to efficiency than benefit.The other is that the existing researches focus to single company,and ignore the function of collaboration and unique quality.It is bad to make the strategic target come true,limit the function of collaboration,also is bad to get the accurate results of performance evaluationTherefore,how to build a performance evaluation system for subsidiary company of air express enterprise which based on collaborative delivery network is the theme of my paper.The research in this paper takes example by the train of thought of enterprise groups.First,my research reviews the performance evaluation research of enterprise group and logistics network of the domestic and foreign. Then,based on the analysis of the current status of the air express delivery networks,we adopf’ structure-relation"dimension from the social network analysis theory.The performance evaluation system has two kinds of indicators which depend on main characteristics.To the performance evaluation methods,we first use AHP to calculate the score,and then use BP neural network method to amend the results. When the BP neural network finish the learning or training,we can use it to predict performance evaluation score.At last,we use an example of a air express enterprise to validate the feasibility of my study.
