A New Road To Industrialization Research In The Field Of Vision Ecological Civilization

18th Congress of the Communist Party of China request to ecological civilization in prominent position, and make it blending in economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction of all aspects and whole process. Integrating the ecological civilization into the economic construction, request ecological civilization concept to guide a new road to industrialization, so the paper from the perspective of ecological civilization, to study of a new road to industrialization. First of all, for reflection on the traditional industrialization and road, through the reflection summarizes the insufficiency of traditional road to industrialization, and then give the reference to in the middle of industrialization of our country. The second, to exploring a new road to industrialization with Chinese characteristics, on the basis of clearing the development stage of our country’s industrialization process and ecological environment problems in the process of industrialization, this paper discusses the emergence and current situation of the development of a new road to industrialization in our country. The third, analyzed the ecological civilization as the led of the necessity of a new road to industrialization, after explain the concept of "ecological civilization" and "construction of ecological civilization", through analysis the relationship between a new road to industrialization and the ecological civilization, points out that take a new road to industrialization need the ecological civilization as lead. The last, the paper points out the specific path from four aspects, in the ecological civilization led down a new road to industrialization, respectively, setting up the ecological civilization concept; developing of circular economy mode; promoting scientific and technological progress and innovation; improving the ecological policy, management system and legal system.
