With the development of global economy, more and more multinational corporation focuses their attention on the outsourcing activity while maintaining the integration of all resources inside and outside in order to reduce the purchasing cost and obtain the rapid market response and high efficiency of order operation. Hence, they could achieve Profit maximization and give play to their core competitive strength to the largest extent. At present, purchase cost control has become one crucial part of supply chain management from the point of view of cost reduction and long-term developing strategy.Acted as purchasing service provider for outsourcing project, D corporation should not only provide favorable price, professional marketing knowledge but also have to monitor the whole project operation by means of supply chain management. With the background of the outsourcing project in our own enterprises, this thesis aims to solve the current problem and challenge based on the management analysis through supply chain management method involving new supplier selection, management and development, combined strategy of purchasing mode, vendor management inventory and joint management inventory and logistic cost control. It is discussed the cost control content related to supply chain management and segment needs to be improved. It is proved that supply chain management has positive impact on the cost optimization and profit margin increase for the outsourcing project based on the data analysis and quantization evaluation after executing a series of improved measurement. Further research and working oriented to enhance the level of customer service will have to be made in the near future. In a word, Gross margin and net sales will be increased compared to the operation as before while the time for arrival has cut down if the theory of supply chain management could be applied successfully into the outsourcing project internally in the company itself.
