With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the regional land use structure change constantly.This caused effects on the regional ecological environment and ecological system stability.The research on stability of ecological environment started relatively late in China,and the research is in the practice and exploration stage.The whole mathematical evaluation is from the simple elements evaluation model on thespace to the comprehensive quantitative model research,and it focus on dynamic studies.but the research about the link of stability of ecological environment evaluation results and the optimization of land use pattern is very less.This paper relies on Hohhot natural fund project,the research of stability of ecological environment situation of land use in Inner Mongolia City, "(2012MS0623)",it will be a combination of stability of ecological environment and the optimization of land use pattern.Taking Helingeer County as an example.Based on the status of the study area the ecological environment on the evaluation of stability of the county land use pattern is studied in the paper, and put forward the adjustment of land use structure in the county, in order to adjust and improve land use planning, rational utilization of land resources and the protection of the ecological environment to provide a theoretical basis and guidance.The main research contents and methods are in three aspects :(1)The construction of the ecological environment of stability index system and evaluation model.From the basic index,structural index,index of land degradation,ecological pressure index,ecological construction and protection index of five levels,25 representative indexes as indicators of stability evaluation of ecological environment,using the entropy method to determine the weight of evaluation index.TOPSIS method was used to construct stability evaluation model of ecological environment,and finally usequantities graduated colors natural breaks(Jenks) of ArcMap to classify the stability of ecological environment evaluation result.(2)The number of land use structure optimization.Based on the stability of ecological environment evaluation,set up 9 variables by using the method of grey to structure land quantity model,using the grey GM(1,1)model to forecast the constraints of the parameters in the model,finally the application MATLAB software to solve the model,completed the optimization of Helingeer county land quantity structure.(3)The optimization of land use spatial structure.According to the quantity structure optimization results,with ARCGIS,MAPGIS and other software as technical support,vector data based on Shape format,using two secondary development function of Arcgis. The number of structure to implement spatial distribution of land use in Helingeer County, the spatial distribution of the optimization and adjustment.The main research results and conclusions:(1)Study on the stability of ecological environment situation is very optimistic. According to the evaluation results, the stability of the ecological environment in study area is divided into 5 levels, the ecological environment is not stable, less stable and critical area occupies a total land area of the county 78.53% to county 112 administrative villages;the ecological environment is stable and stability of the area only accounted for the total area21.47%, only 38 administrative villages.(2)According to the number of structure optimization results:after the optimization,the total area of agricultural land total area is 307734hm2,The total area of land for construction is14884hm2, The total area of unused land is 22160hm2,unused land area is greatly reduced,the land use structure becomes more reasonable.(3)The spatial pattern optimization results showed that:the cultivated land is mainly distributed in flat terrain,and fertile soil,where ecological environment is stable, such as Shengle town、Shebiya town;Garden is mainly distributed in the Chengguan town and Shebiya town;Forest is mainlydistributed in the southern and eastern area,Yangqungou town and Heilaoyao town,and in this place forest is relatively intensive;Grassland mainly distributed in Xin town、Shebiya town and Heilaoyao town,the area is located in the rugged mountain,which is not suitable for farming; urban and rural construction land is mainly distributed in Shengle town and Chengguan town;unused land,mainly distributed in the desertification land, salinization area.The whole space optimization results are consistent with the natural conditions,the ecological environment is relatively stable.(4)The comparative analysis of the results:After optimization of land(2020),Helingeer county unit area ecological environment stability index increased 0.0072 than the 2013 land use ecological environment current situation of stability index,increased 0.0012 than the end year of the current Helingeer county land use overall planning(2009-2020years).After optimizing landuse pattern,ecological environment of Helingeer County stability index whether compared with the prior art or compared with the end yearof the planning period all have a large degree improvement.Spatial pattern of landuse is more reasonable,land concentrated degree is greatly improved,the land intensive utilization degree greatly improved.
