However.more than 20 years, the province’s GDP is growing.at the same time.residents living level has been significantly improved.Zhejiang prpvince labor income share is still at a low level, and show a slight downward trend. Deviation to capital owners.and goverment in Zhejiang province initial distribution,reflects the structural imbalance. The lower level and downward trend of labor income share will lead to the growing income gap between labor owners and capital owners.the residents’s disposable income slow growth.a slowdown in consumer demand, captial excessive investment,which is disadvantageous to the stability of the society,and hinder the economic stable.. health and sustainable development. Therefore.the study on problem of Zhejiang province labor income share has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the summary and induction on the home and abroad literature review.this paper study the actuality、influence factors and the origin of the lower level.The main contents of the research are:Firstly,we should analyse of the current situation of Zhejiang province labor income share changes.Form 1993 to 2012 years,Zhejiang province labor income share change range is 38.9%-43.2%,and capital income share change range is 56.8%-61.1%.The capital income share is significantly greater than the labor income share,and the overall of change is the labor income share fell slightly.the past two years have rebounded,but the capital income share changesin the opposite direction.Compared with the national.other provinces and the average level of developed countries,Zhejiang province labor income share is low.and in the downlink interval U type curve.Secondly,we analyse the influencing factors of Zhejiang province labor income share from the theoretical and empirical aspects.From the aspects of theory,the factors that may affect the share of labor income in Zhejiang province are divided into four categories:one is the neo classicalfactor.Analysis of the impact of capital deepening and technical progress of labor’s income share;two is the global factors.Globalization mainly have foreign trade and FDI two channels affecting the labor income share;three is the transformation factors.Exposition of the binary economic background, the transformation of industrial structure effect on labor share of income;the four is the other factors.Heterogenrtity of enterprises,trade unions, labor market,human capital factors will have an impact on the labor income share.Form the perspective ofempirical analysis,based on SPSS principal component regression model,we conduct the empirical research on Zhejiang province labor income share.The main conclusions of the research include:(1)since 1993,Zhejiang province is capital biased technology progress path;(2)the transformation of industrial structure in Zhejiang province and the factor of labor income share is negatively correlated,but the negative effect is limited;(3)in Zhejiang province, the elasticity of stubstitution is less than 1,labor and capital are complementary;(4)showed a negative correlation between the level of economic development and labor income share of Zhejiang provinnce;(5)the Zhejiang province binary economic charateristics will not cause the labor income share decrease significantly;(6) the privatization of Zhejiang Province have negative effect on Zhejiang province labor income share;(7)globalization adversely affect on Zhejiang province labor income share.Thirdly.we analyse the origin of lower level on Zhejiang province labor income share.This paper’s studies shows the origin of lower level on Zhejiang province labor income share is:(1)changes in Zhejiang province industry structure is not reasonable; (2) the rapid development of the private economy in Zhejiang province is not conductive to the labor income share growth;(3) in Zhejiang province.the mode of economic growth is not conductive to labor;(4) the nonstandardized labor market.Finally, directed the lower level and downward trend of Zhejiang province labor income share,this paper put forward five policy and suggestions.Mainly inculde:(1)to promote industrial structure upgrading;(2) to establish a reasonable salary system;(3)to draw up the technical development path of Zhejiang province factor endowment structure to development the technical development path;(4) to study on the long-term mechanism that ensure stable growth income and pay attention to human capital investment;(5) to estable perfect labor force flow mechanism.
