| In recent years, the state’s macro-control policy has been strengthened and the economy has been going down worldwide. This makes financing of private enterprises in domestic market increasingly difficult. The rising operational risks and tightening overall market funds have made private enterprises hard to gain enough funds for development through bank loans, their traditional financing channel.This paper studies the innovative financing modes of Chinese financial field and it deeply analyzes DS Company, a local key private enterprise. On this basis, it investigates the Mount Emei International Tourism Resort of this company which locates in a 3rd or 4th tier city in detail. This paper choose to study this company because it to some extent represents traditional Chinese private manufacturing enterprises which are now undergoing strategy transformation. It shares the same difficulties in financing with other Chinese private enterprises. Its development project of Mount Emei International Tourism Resort belongs to tourism service industry which is the modern service industry greatly encouraged and supported by the state. Well solving the financing of such projects is of practical significance of the economic upgrading and transformation of the state.This paper investigates DS Company and the project in detail and then lists many trading schemes with high operability, including issuing tourism industrial bonds, issuing privately raised company bonds of SMEs, issuing asset securitization products, listing transfer of stock rights, directional capital increase and so on. And this paper analyzes the feasibility of the schemes, comprehensively considers possible risks of every financing mode and then finally puts forward the package comprehensive financial solutions, providing DS Company with powerful fund guarantee for the overall implementation of the project. |
