Architectural decoration industry has made considerable progress in the wave of reform and opening up, has become subject to the attention of the whole society sunrise industry. With the rapid development of the industry, a lot of labor resources, capital into the industry, but also brought a lot of advanced technology and construction technology. This makes the industry market scale rapid expansion, but also triggered a fierce competition between companies within the industry, which brings about the decline of industry profits, innovation space enterprise innovation level and project have been squeezed into a small space. In the face of such industry environment, architectural decoration enterprises must formulate appropriate marketing strategy, so as to ensure the enterprise to win a high status and advantage in the market, increase the profit of enterprise space.The research on marketing management of HX Building Decoration Engineering Limited company as the main content of the research, the current system of marketing HX Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. of the external market environment is analyzed, and the SWOT method as a tool of system analysis of the the company marketing advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Based on the above analysis, based on the target market strategy is based on the research of architectural decoration, market segmentation, and to determine the company’s target market and market positioning. Then, this paper from the five aspects of the marketing strategy of the company were formulated: one is the brand strategy. Two channel strategy. Three is the communication and propaganda strategy. Four is the customer relationship marketing strategy. Five is the difference strategy. Finally, from the human resources management, risk assessment and control system, the marketing operation of the capital management, marketing strategy and control four aspects of the company shall take measures are discussed.In this paper, through the analysis of the system of HX company’s current marketing situation, hope to be able to give the marketing strategy of HX company appropriate recommendations, also hope to develop the research for architectural decoration industry in China play a corresponding role. To a certain extent, it has important practical significance for the healthy development of the future of China Building Decoration industry.
