For the competition of the market economy, competition among enterprises seems like the competition for commodities. In fact, it’s the competition in science and technology, and the nature of science and technology is the creative competition of the talent. With the emergence of the modern division of labor is getting smaller, the team’s formation have become increasingly frequent. But even if the team is composed of highly creative individuals, it does not mean that the team is a highly creative team. Because in the past 40 years, the team conflict has become the product of the labor diversity, which has an impact on the team creativity. At the same time, the leadership style also can play a role on the impact that the conflict have on the creativity. However, few studies involves this point. Therefore, this study will further explore the issues:(1)What effect team conflict will have on team creativity?(2)What kind of regulation role the leadership style will be? With the above problems, this paper will regard team conflict as independent variables, team creativity as the dependent variable, team leadership style as moderator and talk about what effect team conflict will have on team creativity with the regulation role the leadership style?This paper collected the questionnaire data and used the SPSS statistical tools to verify the theoretical assumptions of this article, then reached the following conclusions:(1)The impact task conflict have on team creativity is positive, while the.relationship conflict has impact on team creative but not obvious. (2)The transformational leadership style has some regulatory role, but it is not obvious, while the transactional leadership style doesn’t have the regulation effect.
