With acceleration of the process of globalization, manufacturing enterprises of China are facing unpredictable competition and challenges today, labor-intensive development path becomes unsustainable relying on low-cost advantage. There is a key problem about how to enhance the technical capacity of company to improve product and service value,it is a effective way to beginning high-performance team building.Based on the theory of human resource management and organizational behavior,the article analyzed factors and rule about high-performance team building by case study method,extracted three type of factors that influence team building:team characteristic factors, team building internal factors and team building external factors.Through the analysis of DLR company case,infer the common problem of the technical team on high-performance team building:group scale is unreasonable, team leadership style is not adapt to team task, team cohesion is not strong, lacking of team incentive and so on.By absorbing the theory of high-performance team building from domestic and foreign,the article proposed apposite mangement tactics and suggestions under the actual situation of DLR company to improve high-performance team building management system and promote technology capability,the final object is achieve long-term development of company and employees.
