Analysis Of Competition And Cooperation Strategy Based On Evolutionary Game And Collaborative Development Among Regional Logistics Parks

As the advanced management mode of logistics industry, logistics parks have become an important node in logistics system. Since 2000, the logistics parks have been developed rapidly, and the number of logistics parks increased stably in China. However, there are many problems in the development of logistics parks, such as redundant construction, too large scales, too high vacancy rates, and a large amount of resources waste.Aiming at the present development situation of logistics parks in China, this dissertation focuses on the competition and cooperation strategy and collaborative development problem between regional logistics parks are explored and discussed, based on the research view of evolutionary game theory and the thought of synergetic theory, etc.An evolutionary game model for competition and cooperation strategy among logistics parks is developed to analyze the long-term evolutionary development trend of competition and cooperation relationship among logistics parks, and the parameters such as the transformation ability, the level of risk and resources among logistics parks were analyzed. The results show that the consequence of probable equilibrium resulted from long-term competition and cooperation among logistics parks is either complete competition or complete cooperation. Under certain information, the evolutionary direction is closely related to players’payoff, and influenced by the initial status. And through what path to attain what state finally is closely related to the transformation ability, the level of risk and resources among logistics parks.Using of the thought of synergetic theory, this paper explores the collaborative development problem of regional logistics parks systematically, including the meaning, feature, targets, basic principles, levels and content of collaborative development. As well as the collaborative development pattern which contains the single-core pattern, multiple-core pattern and non-core pattern. Besides that, this paper also explores the path of collaborative development of regional logistics parks.Finally, taking the main logistics parks in Sichuan Province as an example, this paper explores the collaborative development of regional logistics parks from the collaborative development conditions, mode and phase, etc.
