| In recent years, with the development of economy and the unceasing enhancement of material life level,the traditional leisure sightseeing tourism has not fully meet the demand of people’s consumption, the agriculturalpopular science tourism with paying attention to participation, the integration of agriculture leisure and getting thescientific knowledge is gradually popular with teenagers and the vast majority of people in the society. Agriculturalpopular science tourism not only can promote the development of local agricultural and tourism industry to bringhigh economic benefits, also can popularize knowledge of agricultural science, spread scientific thought andscientific spirit to get good social benefit, thus more attention gradually. Since2004, a large number of agriculturaltourism demonstration sites and agricultural popular science demonstration bases have been established throughoutthe country, at the same time, a series of popular science policy documents have been issued. The superiorconditions provided a good base for resources and policy support for carrying out agricultural popular sciencetourism.There is a long agricultural history, colorful folk culture and the rich agricultural resources in Henanprovince which is considered to be a big agricultural province. Those advantages of Henan agricultural resourcescan be gave full play to through digging tourism value and science value of the resources and developingagricultural popular science tourism, the result is to adjust the rural industrial structure, improve the ecologicalenvironment, popularize knowledge of agricultural science, enhance science literacy of tourists and rich tourismproduct structure in Henan province, be conductive to the extension of industry chain at the same time. Thesuperior conditions laid the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism industry in Henanprovince. Firstly, this paper expounds the research background and research significance of agricultural popularscience tourism resources evaluation, clears the research ideas and research content, determines the researchmethod and technical route, then combs the research achievements on agricultural tourism, popular science tourism,tourism resources evaluation at home and abroad, the research results of agricultural popular science tourism inHenan province, and understand the related research progress. The third chapter introduces some related conceptsof popular science tourism, agricultural tourism, agricultural popular science tourist resources, elaborates therelated theories of agricultural popular science tourism, such as industrial convergence theory, location theory,lifelong learning theory, sustainable development theory, theory of experience economy. The fourth chapter and thefifth chapter are the core parts of this article. In order to agricultural popular science tourism resources in Henanprovince as the research object, based on the analysis of Henan province and its agricultural resources, theagricultural popular science tourism resources could be divided into seven major types, rural type, folk customstype, industry type, showing type, research type, Yuanqu type, creative type, then realizes the qualitative analysiswith “336” principle. Afterwards, this part chooses some appropriate indexes to build the evaluation index systemof agricultural popular science tourism resources through expert consultation and the literature review, selects10representative scenic spots or resources those include cherry ditch scenic spots, Yellow River scenic area,farmhouse tourism in Luanchuan, Guoliang village in Xinxiang, flower production base in Yanling, Zhengzhou zoo,zhong yuan museum of agriculture, Henan agricultural university, Henan agricultural hi-tech park, chrysanthemumfestival in Kaifeng and so on, uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, therelated statistical software to realize the quantitative evaluation. From the results of fuzzy evaluation we get that therest of the comprehensive evaluation is "good" except that the comprehensive evaluation result of Luanchuanfarmhouse tourism is "general"; in individual evaluation, tourism resources and tourism development conditions ofvarious scenic spots or resource points are mostly in the "general","good" grade. From all the score values of elements, there are some differences of tourism resources and development conditions for different types ofagricultural popular science tourist resources. The fifth chapter, it first analyzes the present situation of agriculturaltourism development in Henan province, then points out some problems of development process for different typesof agricultural popular science tourism resources. Finally, some development strategies for different types ofagricultural popular science tourism resources are put forward. Overall, the great importance to agricultural popularscience tourism should be attached, the government guide should be strengthened, the interpretation system shouldbe improved, at the same time, the brand of agricultural popular science tourism in Henan province should bemade. |
