Since the1990s, with world around larger scale logistics enterprises enteringChinese market in succession, the competition in logistics market has become fiercer.Meanwhile, Logistics customer base has put forward higher requirements on logisticsenterprises, which will make the logistics enterprises be towards large-scale,systematization, informatization, the customization direction. More and more logisticsenterprises have realized the necessary for cooperation. Dynamic logistics allianceprovides small and medium-sized logistics enterprises with a new kind of mode in theprocess of expanding the market, making it possible to improve marketcompetitiveness in a short time.This Paper with the dynamic logistics alliance life cycle as the main line, is thedynamic logistics alliance benefit distribution mechanism for related research.First of all, this paper made a clear definition of the concept of dynamic logisticsalliance, and points out that the dynamic logistics alliance is composed of a number oflogistics enterprises having the key point logistic resources. In order to respondquickly to a logistics market opportunity, they sign up agreement for the temporaryorganization.Secondly, this paper introduces four sorts of problem including the features,advantages and lifecycle of the dynamic logistics alliance, organizing mode. Thispaper also explains the dynamic logistics alliance and its interest allocation problemfrom the perspective of the core competence theory, the transaction cost theory, valuechain theory.Thirdly, this paper puts forward to the current problem in interests allocation ofthe dynamic logistics alliance in China and expounds the purpose of profit distribution,the principle, the main distribution mode and influence factors, which are supported by the intensive study on the developing situation of logistics industry in our country，analysis of internal and external environment.Finally, this paper build the benefit distribution mechanism structure modelbased on the life cycle of dynamic logistics alliance, and thinks that the whole processshould be divided into four stages: identification stage, the initial interest allocationstage, introducing incentive mechanism to adjust interests distribution stage,introducing Nash negotiation model to determine the final profit distribution stage.This paper construct the corresponding model for each phase of the profit distributionprocess, and make it possible to solve. The benefit distribution mechanism has finallyproved to be have practical operability.
