With economic globalization, the increasingly fierce market competition, customerrelationship management has become an important means of maintaining a stable businessdevelopment and market share in the competitive environment, this paper studies the contentof customer relationship management theory, combined the practices of Dalian ShenzhouZhongyi Group study customer relationship management.Through access to a large literature on the customer relationship management home andabroad, we understand the core concept and connotation of customer relationshipmanagement theory. Through introducing Customer Relationship Management of DalianShenzhou Zhongyi Group Ltd and using SWOT research method to analyze CustomerRelationship. By studying Customer Relationship in Dalian Shenzhou Zhongyi Group Ltd,noting Dalian Shenzhou Zhongyi Group Ltd. exists in the customer relationship managementproblems, these problems include: lack of strict customer relationship management system,the company organizational structure and customer relationship management content are notperfect, no effective market segmentation and internal employee incentive mechanism is notperfect the five major problems. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,so that the customer relationship management becomes an important management philosophy,the company must be a reasonable solution to the problems. Therefore, this paper concludeswith a corresponding improvement measures, including the strengthening of the company’shuman resource development, restructuring the company organizational structure; improvecustomer relationship management content, and improve market segmentation, sound DalianShen Zhou Zhongyi Group employee incentives and other strategies of the fivestrategies.Through the practical problems of Dalian Shen Zhou all aspects of customerrelationship management to explore interest groups, not only to deepen the understanding ofthe content of customer relationship management, and provide a more profound practicalsignificance for the future of customer relationship management.
