The relevant research shows, employee engagement has important influence on customer loyalty, such as efficiency, safety and value of organizational performance indicators. From the perspective of enterprises, whether the staff dedication is the key to business success. Cultivating higher employee engagement, and retain talent is an effective way for enterprises to enhance performance, development. From employee perspective, higher engagement enables employees to give full play to the individual potential, so as to realize their own value of life and happiness experience. Therefore, in recent years, more and more scholars and business managers to explore the employee engagement and its antecedent variables.This paper mainly studies the China culture in the context of organizational justice, perceived organizational support and employee engagement relationship, and perceived organizational support on Organizational Justice on the intermediary role in the influence of employee engagement, thought that human resource management practices of domestic enterprises to provide certain guidance.Through reading and studying the relevant literature, this paper presents the theoretical model and corresponding hypothesis; and then learn from mature scale in past research, through the design of questionnaire to collect data, scale, and then use the statistical software SPSS and AMOS, examined the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, to verify the validity of the questionnaire and reliability. Finally, to estimate the parameters of each path in the conceptual model parameters by using the structural equation model, the fit indices of the model fitting degree is evaluated, and the conclusions are as follows:1.The age and marital status will have a certain impact on organizational justice and its various dimensions and employee engagement and its dimensions.2.Organizational justice on organizational support have predictive power, but the procedural justice, distributive justice, leader justice and information justice on the prediction ability of perceived organizational support different.3.Organizational justice on employee engagement predictive capability, but each dimension has different prediction ability of employee engagement.4.Perceived organizational support has a certain predictive ability of the employee engagement.5.perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role in the impact of organizational justice on employee engagement and most dimensions in the process of.
