Research On The Maturity Of China’s Regional Independent Innovation Capability

With the increasing competition of regional economy and the deepening ofglobalization, regional independent innovation capability has become the core of theregional economic competitiveness. Regional innovation capability is a complex systemsengineering, the process of development improves gradually. This article use the maturityof regional independent innovation capability to explain the development of the regionalindependent innovation ability, and does further study of the basic concepts of regionalindependent innovation capability maturity, The evaluation index and evaluation methodis studied too. The evaluation of regional independent innovation capability maturityprovides a guidance for the ascension of regional independent innovation ability.In this paper, the research results both at home and abroad on independentinnovation, the regional innovation system and maturity theory made a literature review.First, the definition of innovation and independent innovation are reviewed; Next, thedefinition of regional innovation system and the empirical study of regional innovationsystem are reviewed; Finally, the maturity theory and regional independent innovationability are reviewed. Then, the article constructs the evaluation index system of regionalindependent innovation capability maturity and the explanation of the index systemframework and it also discusses the measuring method and synthetic method of thematurity. In empirical research part, This article uses the factor analysis method toanalysis regional independent innovation capability maturity and uses clustering analysisto inspect the reliability of the factor analysis. Then the results are analyzed, withLiaoning province as an example for the analysis of the regional independent innovationcapability maturity ascension. Finally on the basis of the evaluation results put forwardthe corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
