Furthermore, try to dig the potential competitive advantages of Zhuhai port logistics with the help of Michael Porter and Kotler’s competitive advantage systematic research. To combine the models with Zhuhai port logistics industry to build several strategy recommendations as references.On positioning, Zhuhai port logistics as bulk cargo distribution center, high-end integrated service center and creative non-stop one supply chain service model.On investment strategy, focusing on infrastructure construction, ports transportation system construction and port industry,information system construction.
