From the end of the19th century to the beginning of the20th century, the wave of cross-border M&A sweeping across the world. During this period, with the step of economic globalization, countries around the world are looking for industrial upgrading and structural adjustment one after another.The M&A of global enterprises get faster development both in scale and quantitative, cross-border M&A has become one of the main ways for most enterprises to grow both in the internal and the external.However, according to lots of the M&A cases, it is an indisputable fact that the success rate of cross-border mergers and acquisitions is not optimistic. In the process of wave after wave of cross-border M&A, almost three-quarters of the enterprises experienced repeated mergers and acquisitions, at the same time,60%to80%of mergers and acquisitions was a failure experience,at least from the financial perspective. With the increasing of frequency enterprises’mergers and acquisitions had changed from a hot topic to a research direction. After the reaching of M&A agreement,enterprises face a more severe challenge——human resource integration. Since the1980s, Chinese enterprises begun to develop cross-border M&A, though bumpy all the way, it is too early to judge its success or failure.lt is worth studying and thinking that the overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises is success or not, which can see as a "rising star" in the waves of global cross-border M&A.Focused on the human resources integration risks in the process of Chinese enterprises, this paper discussed the factors that influenced the human resources integration in the Chinese enterprises’cross-border M&A systematically;In this paper,I systematically analyze and evaluate the human resources integration risks on Chinese enterprises’cross-border by using the theory of Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy judgment theory. After the review of the history and present situation of Chinese enterprises, I define the article’s related core concepts. Based on this,I try to identify the risk of human resources integration during the cross-border M&A of the Chinese enterprises,and propose the composition, characteristics and forms of the risks;Then I deeply discuss the reasons of the risks of human resources integration. After establishing a evaluation index of the risk in Chinese enterprises’cross-border M&A,this paper use the Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to confirm the weight of each risk factor.Finally,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,I get the conclusion of the level of Chinese enterprises’ human resources integration risk in the cross-border M&A. Based on the empirical analysis results, this paper put forward the treatment and prevention strategies corresponding to the risk.This research is committed to provide systematic identification and prevent the risks of human resources integration analysis framework and effective countermeasures during the cross-border M&A for Chinese companies that which are just on the road of globalization process, the ultimately goal is to improve the success rate of cross-border M&A and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
