Since2008, domestic and international a gleam of supermarket giant have entered theQinhuangdao beach market, local enterprises struggling to catch up, in the fiercecompetition situation, how to maintain the sustainable and rapid development ofenterprises, especially the cultivation of talents is the core, the Ugrant commercial chainCompany Limited must pay attention to and solve the issue.In this paper, the application of modern human resource development theory andmethods, combined with the special nature of commercial chain business in the industryand market, the company development present situation and development trend of thebackground, this paper focuses on two system of the Ugrant company talent trainingmechanism: the post competency model system based on360degree performanceevaluation system. Based on the strategy of talent development, and discusses the systemand implementation of security measures based on.This paper first introduces the background, significance and domestic and foreignresearch situation, the related theories are analyzed. Secondly, starting from the analysis ofquestionnaire data and environment, analysis from the different angles of the researchobject " the Ugrant company," the talent situation, pointed out the main measures of talenttraining, take the advantages and main problems. And then put forward the " the Ugrantcompany," personnel training goal and based on the "two system" of the personnel trainingmechanism, and puts forward the talent development program based on IDP, the fourseries of talent cultivation is introduced. Finally introduced the Ugrant company talenttraining mechanism of safeguard measures in the implementation process, which includesthe correct talent idea, setting up rational organization system, construction of occupationdevelopment channel, clear a five level atmosphere and developing competitive traininggood talent incentive system.This paper has a certain decision value and reference significance for the promotionand strengthening of the Ugrant company personnel training work, for similar enterprisesto promote personnel training also has reference significance.
