Income distribution problem is permanent long topic in economics, hasmaintained a high degree of value are discussed. With the reform and opening up,China’s economy has been developing rapidly and at the same time, there is "thewidening income gap between urban and rural area, residents" unfair distribution "andso on income distribution problem. The social impact caused by the income gap ismore and more big, has become a focus of attention in today’s society.In theory, the social problems caused by the income gap is too large is serious, itmakes the aggregate demand and aggregate supply imbalance, influence the smoothdevelopment of national economy, thus appeared the economic phenomenon ofinflation. And fair reasonable income distribution will be the balance of supply anddemand, and contribute to the harmony and stability of social environment,coordinating the positive initiative of laborer, promoting economic development andgrowth.Our country residents income distribution gap widening although hasn’t causedgreat social unrest, but there are still many problems: whether between urban and ruralareas, between different regions, industries, there is a gap between different ownership,from our country’s gini coefficient can intuitive reflect the income gap present a risingtrend. According to world bank statistics, China’s gini coefficient rising from0.16before the reform and opening up to0.478in2011, more than the internationallyrecognized warning line of0.4, is close to the edge of danger.Although there is no authoritative judgment, but ordinary people have experienceto widening income distribution gap. The widening income distribution gap, not only isrelated to people’s vital interests of the economic problem, also relates to the harmonyof the whole society, all of these problems can have profound economic, social andpolitical reasons. How to adjust income distribution, reform, is fair and efficiency arethe realization of the maximum, will be to promote China’s economic reform further deepening, the process is an important link of improving the socialist market economicsystem.This article through to the research of the income distribution gap literaturebriefly review and comment. Clearly defined in this paper, we study the category,adopted various empirical indicators such as basic concepts, research purpose andmeaning, research train of thought and structure, methods and data sources, etc. On thebasis of the analysis of the status quo of rural residents income distribution gap in ourcountry, and by using the basic measurement method and theory of provincial incomedistribution gap for clustering analysis. To Chinese rural residents and to predict thefuture trend of the changes in the income distribution gap, observe whether it isconsistent with the status quo analysis conclusion before. And influence factors in theempirical analysis of the income distribution gap, and with the help of econometrics,multivariate statistical regression analysis disciplines such as support for dataprocessing and model test, and the research conclusion. Finally, according to the resultof an empirical analysis in this paper, put forward the corresponding countermeasuresand Suggestions to narrow the income gap in order for countries to reduce the ruralresidents’ income gap of macroeconomic regulation and control policy to provide thereference and draw lessons from, including: to perfect the income distribution systemand the ownership structure, the adjustment of government policy, perfecting the socialsecurity system and tax system, etc.Through in-depth study, is proposed to solve the following problems, the causesof the current our country rural residents income gap have? As well as the causes ofthese and geographical location and the central policy has a direct relationship? To this,the government should play a role?...
