Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy age and increased competition, knowledgeplays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises. In order to get long-termdevelopment, organizations must strengthen the management of knowledge sharing, which is the mostimportant and difficult part of knowledge management. The modern mentorship theory is a kind ofeffective knowledge management tool for enterprise. However, after80th20century, Chineseenterprises once neglected and abandoned mentoring program. How to make better of mentoringprogram is worth us thinking deeply.The tacit knowledge sharing of mentorship is realized through the interaction between mentorand protégé, the selection of behavior directly influence the effects of knowledge sharing. All thebehavior of mentor and protégé in the process of knowledge sharing are order to achieve theirpersonal goals. As a member of enterprise, their behaviors are affected by the organizational goals atthe same time. Therefore, the paper studies influence between the personal goals and organizationalgoals and the knowledge sharing behavior of mentoring on the basis of the study of literature at homeand abroad. Based on the study of conflict development and motivation, this paper applies the methodof conflict to analyze the knowledge sharing behavior conflict of mentorship, constructing twoconflict analysis models of mentor-protégé and mentor-protégé-organization. About the problems ofestablishing effective incentive and constraint mechanism to promote the knowledge sharing behaviorbetween mentor and protégé in the organization, this study construct two principal-agent models ofmentor-protégé and mentorship team and organization by using the theory of principal-agent, andgiving some suggestions to the enterprise’s incentive mechanism.
