Based on the situation containing the fierce market competition,the resource problemhighlights and innovation demand increase and the complicated innovation environment,openinnovation methods instead of the closed will become the future trend of innovation anddevelopment.In the internet economy era, the internet is embedded into every aspect of theopen innovation, through the open innovation of internet to achieve the transformation andextension of innovation paradigm. However, the open innovation participants is the key of theopen innovation ecosystem based on internet which keeps normal operation and efficient link.Whether or not absorbing and guiding the high quality participation and innovation, effectsthe quality and efficiency of innovation, furthermore, decides to whether the open innovationbased on internet can play its innovative role or not.Accordingly, firstly, this paper use literature review method to elaborate the researchstatus of the open innovation,and some fundamental conception is introduced; secondly,through comparative analysis and normative analysis to summarize the features of networkgroup conducting open innovation activities, to make clear the relationship of open innovationbased on internet and the open innovation of Henry, and the differences between openinnovation participants and the traditional innovation personnel. Again, On the basis ofprevious literature, and combine with my analysis and carding, I find out that openinnovation participants prefer the needs on self-improvement, self-realization to the needs onother things. figure out the influence of open innovation needs and motivation to theirbehavior, and build innovation participants’ behavior model; Finally, clear the relationshipbetween the parties, then work out the dynamic incentive strategy that targeted the innovationparticipant, in order to achieve efficient incentives.
