With the development of mobile Internet, tremendous developments have been made on areas of smart terminals and mobile devices, represented by Ipad, Iphone and such other android cellphones: mobile Internet diversifies people’s lives. Wherever you are, in the subway, on a bus or at the table of a restaurant,you can find people holding smartphones, sharing microblogging, chatting via WeChat and doing online shopping: enjoying the pleasure and convenience that mobile Internet has endowed with them. In the enterprise, the demand of conference has evolved from traditional fixed round table form to PC and mobile terminal which makes anytime contact possible. Still, traditional applications on the smartphone have limited functions which only support phone conference, multi-media conference or PC conference. This limitation restricts employees from communicating with each other timely and efficiently. Phone conference function in the conference module of Unified Communication is based on smartphone terminal. This function realizes multi-people connection, provides conference controlled roaming service and other services like IM, voice, photo file and location communication. In a word, this is a fusion of various services.Proposes and implements a mobile Internet oriented meeting client based on Unified Communication. The client is featured as phone conference, conference controlled roaming service, IM and file transportation. Makes an introduction of mobile conference systems domestically and internationally, proposes significance of the research, explains in detail the technologies regarding IOS and mobile Internet, delves into format and principal of MQTT protocol. Designs the terminal based on MVC overall structure, implements instant message(IM), participating state. By combing both Web Service and MQTT protocol, functions such phone conference, notification of participating state, conferenced controlled roaming and conference management have been implemented. File upload module has been implemented based on HTTPs protocol, this module takes online and offline situation into account and allows resuming of broken download. Push functionality has been realized by the MQTT and APNS when the terminal goes into background. Finally, tests have been performed on the terminal to verify the realization of this system: its stability, requirements of system memory, energy, and network resource. The tests show its capability to meet requirements of enterprise employees.
