With the rapid popularization of various of We-media apps, the discourse power of the audience has been further strengthened, the public opinion guidance has been more and more difficult,The traditional media guidance strategies and experience cannot adapt to the era of We-media, especially in a region like Xinjiang, which has so many various of the languages,cultural backgrounds and religions,the guiding of the public opinion need the new ways which adapt to the situation of Xinjiang.The author has read about the books about the characteristics of the public opinion spreading and the books of how to conduct the public opinion guidance, then combined the unique situation of the Xinjiang province, using the case analysis method and the literature research method, to analyse the promotion of Xinjiang media under such complex situations, and support some proposals.The creative part is that based on the predecessors’ research, I analysed Xinjiang’s situation, then proposed some tentative schemes, so that I hope to make an effort to build harmonious Xinjiang.In the first chapter I explained the concept,character and the spreading character of the we-media,then I discussed the scope definition and the logic paradox of the we-media,then I elaborated the hardship that we-media age may bring about. Then I elaborated the opportunities that we-media age has brought, I think it will provide a better condition of the news dissemination, and establish a better path to make the different nations know about each other.In the next part, I elaborated the difficulties that public opinion guidance has encountered in the we-media age in Xinjiang. In the we-media age, the public opinion guidance is generally difficult.And in such an unique Xinjiang, there are several difficulties to tackle with, such as imbalance of the different language media development, the communication context is very complex, the western countries and the “Three forces” are also get involved in the Xinjiang public opinion.At last, I thought about how to promote the skill of public opinion guidance of Xinjiang media. So that the media organization can protect Xinjiang and the whole country’s safety, make the economy developing under a stable environment, improve the life quality of the Xinjiang people, strengthen the communication among different ethnic groups, to promote the culture prosperity and society harmony.
