With the rapid development of information technology, wireless communication business is occupied by a large number of communication services, it makes available spectrum resources nervously and hinders the development of wireless communication technology. Cognitive radio technology can active learning through the surrounding environment, to judge the situation of utilization of spectrum, and the user can access using the authorized frequency band opportunity, so as to improve spectrum utilization.Firstly, a hybrid detection algorithm based on energy detection is designed. The local decision of the secondary users will be sent by reporting channel to the fusion center. The fusion center will transmit the fusion result to the users through the return channel, and then the fusion result is merged with the local decision.Secondly, according to the traditional double threshold detection algorithm of the shortcomings and deficiencies, this paper designs the adaptive double threshold confused region average method. In this algorithm, the traditional double threshold is changed into the double adaptive thresholds and it can change with noise and automatically adjust the two threshold. The energy value of the two threshold value is processed by the way of sharing the confused region. The algorithm avoids the transmission of energy value to the fusion center, and reduces the resources of the system. Finally, the paper combines the hybrid detection algorithm and adaptive threshold method, and designs the hybrid adaptive double threshold algorithm. This algorithm makes full use of the advantages of the above two algorithms to improve the detection probability of the system.
