With the development of the Power Electronics Technology,the radiating of power devices become very protruding. High temperature is an important reason of power device failure,when the power of device increase higher and higher,improve the thermal performance of the device become a challenge which Power Electronics have to be confronted with in the future. Research the Thermal Performance of power devices by means of heat distribution model, could provide legitimate evidence for the crafts optimization、package design and thermal design of chip in an economic、rapid and effective way.As a typical of high power electronic devices, MOSFET has the same thermal design requirements with other power devices. Power dissipation of electronic devices have a great influence on their thermal design,as a result,this article research and calculate the power dissipation of the MOSFET module when it steady work in the buck electric circuit,and simulate it to verify. From the simulation we could find that this calculation method is scientific and feasible,even the simulation results is slightly larger than calculated one,the reason is we have ignored the off-state leakage current loss and drive loss when calculating the pow dissipation. Based on the calculated power consumption and selection method of the radiator,calculate the parameter of radiator and simulate it in the next chapters.FloTHERM is a specialized simulation software and design optimization software in the field of electronics cooling. According to the simulation results,could help thermal design Staff easily identify the presence risk of heat of the product,improve the reliability. Build three model on FloTHERM,the simulation results show that the heat sink can help electronics divergence,add forced convection can also accelerated the Heat divergence.Studied and discussed the ideas about improvement of electronics thermal design,and discuss the efficient performance of infrared imaging on the study of heat distribution prediction.
