In the daily police combat work, the police often find some scattered valuable information. It is necessary to manage these fragmentation information for better carrying out the work of public security.Extract the elements, compare the elements and analyze the information which the public security organs have mastered and fragmentation information timely, which can make the police rely on the existing information to grasp the initiative of the work and facilitate the daily management of personnel and work units.In this paper, the extraction and comparison of police fragmentation information based on big data are studied and analyzed and an information management platform is developed. SSH architecture is used to build the system’s frame, oracle 11 g is used to store amounts of data,flexible search engine ElasticSearch is used to query data, Oracle 11 g is used to store public security data information and My Eclipse and Rational Application Developer are used as development tools. Application function includes transferring, information handling, disposal,information attention, ratings leader, statistical information and elements ranking, thermal management, paying attention to the information, score management, etc. Application function is mainly to transfer and share the fragmentation of information, rate and rank the elements, which reflects the value of the pieces of information to a greater extent.The key function of this platform is the extraction and comparison of fragment information element. Fragment information contains a number of categories of the entity elements, the system needs to select valid element entities from the collected fragment information, extract and store according to different categories. Then compare the extracted elements with the existing information in the database, these information mainly include the personnel unit information and the existing essential information. Then feedback the information which contained this element in real time when matches successfully. This can provide more information to the police, which can help the police understanding more of the situation and progress of the case. These functions canbetter reflect the application value of fragment information, which can make the system better applied to actual case handling and maximize the efficiency of the police work.Before development, studied the research background, research status and significance of this topic to provide a solid theoretical basis for further research. Then, according to the needs of users,the demand analysis of the whole system is made, including the performance requirements,functional requirements, non-functional requirements and data flow analysis. Then, design the system according to the business logic, including the construction of the overall framework,database design, business process design and functional design, etc. In the development process,this paper focuses on the analysis of the key functional modules of this platform, which includes fragment information extraction and fragment information factor comparison. Big data and cloud technology are applied to this platform, which is thoroughly researched and analyzed. The application of big data and cloud technology make it possible to mine in the massive data, and extract the data information which is valuable to the public security users, which can help the police to analyze the facts of the case and realize the effective use of the public security data to a certain extent.According to the actual needs of the police, the platform focus on the forefront of Information management business development, which provides a strong, safe, stable and comprehensive platform for the public security police to handle cases.
