Nowadays, wireless communication technology is rapid developing, radio frequency measurement is becoming difficult. With the appearing of ATE measuring equipment, measuring machine and PXI measurement system, the RF test has more choice. But because the control coordination and restriction of baseband data accuracy, the measuring system at present can not fully meet the needs of the RF measurement. It is necessary to design a new architecture of measurement system on the existing basis.In this thesis,a method of high accuracy measurement based on the software system design is introduced. On the one hand, effective control of the whole communication system and to obtain the measurement results is realized by the communication line, in addition, control of DUT and measuring instruments is also realized by the line. On the other hand, in order to measure the result of fixed transceiver better, in this thesis, the correction method of processing for sending and receiving IQ baseband data is put forward. For the transmitter, the measurement instrument is used to compensate the amplitude and phase. For the receiver, the baseband data is disposed by blind source separation to improve the accuracy. In this thesis, SOPC Builder is used to to build the system on chip based on FPGA,.NET is used to design the host software, Matlab calculation engine is used to correct the baseband data. The serial communication protocols is used to design to communication line.This thesis uses Maxim2830 as samples, selects Zigbee as the wireless communication protocol, measured for the performance of measurement platform. Results show that, the average of response time of FPGA is 0.13, of the DUT is 0.09s, of the measurement device is o.15s. And the correction and Simulation of baseband data, results show that, SNR of base band data receiver is 73.09dB. For transmitter, the SNR is 63.69dB. Compared to before correction have improved considerably.
