Design And Implementation Of ERP System In Electronic Products Company

With the rapid development of internet and computer technology,Enterprise Informationization(ERP) System is becoming more and more important. Especially in electronic enterprise,the products upgrade quickly and customer requirements change rapidly. There is no mobile internet marketing network either. In the fierce market competition,it is very difficult to be in an invincible position if there is no advanced and effective computer management software system. The wide application of ERP software system is an effective way to improve management efficiency and implement other internet applications.ERP enterprise resource planning,is a system that covers every part of the enterprise management software.This thesis analyzes the actual situation of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co.,Ltd. In view of the enterprise actual basic data,such as procurement, inventory, sales etc., the thesis proposes a basis for the essence of ERP technology which is suitable for the enterprise business operation, known as T&W-ERP.Firstly the article introduces the source and significance of the subject;Secondly, it analyzes the status of domestic and foreign research and the function of the module, as well as the scope of fields and the technical characteristics of the main ERP manufacturer. Then it analyzes demand of four modules of T&W-ERP, which are the basic data management of T&W-ERP(the material foundation data, the user basic data, the BOM list, the ECN change and the storehouse), Procurement Management(supplier management,MRP operation,purchasing requisition management, purchasing order management,payment management),warehouse management incoming management, incoming material test management, delivery of cargo from storage management, inventory management, query statistics); The design principle of MRP operation and BOM decomposition algorithm are introduced; Text description and sequence map express the system design; Text description, flow chart, part of the interface screenshots introduced system implementation; finally through the test environment, unit testing, test cases, integration testing, performance testing and other aspects, the whole system testing is completed. Test results show that the proposed method is correct and feasible and the function and performance requirements of the system are achieved.It is worth to mention that system expanding interface has been reserved, which makes it possible to build up data warehouse and business intelligence in the near future.In this paper, the proposed T&W-ERP solution is designed and developed on Windows system platform. Through testing of basic data management, procurement management, storage management and sales management it is proven that the system can effectively reduce inventory backlog, improve production management efficiency, shorten the procurement cycle of materials and accelerate the turnover of funds. By using the system, the company’s operations reached a new level.
