Because of Beijing Hyundai Motor co.,LTD., which cars saling are booming up in every year, originally entirely dependent on manual operation of sales discount rebate calculation ways is no longer able to satisfy the increasing needs of the business, sales and rebate is unfavorable to the company timely query, statistic, and it can’t guarantee the security of the data accuracy and archiving.Throughout the process,the company’s management can’t effectively formulate corresponding policies to deal with change of market demand and sales situation at any time change. In this dissertation, according to the Beijing Hyundai Motor co.,LTD. sales discount rebate business status, will use the SAP business funtions of a variety of development and infrastructure to manage the development of a business-oriented, high degree of automation of information techenology vehicle sales discount rebate system.In this dissertation, business architecture design of the entire system of rebate sales discount on the use of advanced business-driven value-based management concept, the system calculates the rebate by way of vehicle sales discount rebate calculation systematic management,to achieve the rebate policy, the amount of transparent management; in the development of technology, this dissertation based on the development of SAP Net Weaver platform and follow a standardized specification development of the code of the platform, make full use of SAP’s proprietary development tools ABAP Editor(ABAP Editor) and ABAP data Dictionary(the ABAP Dictionary), amend the batch to create or change master data, work information and other business data, through the use of BDC technology. Installation and use of the system are related to the SAP standard fu nctions for operating the same,simple and convenient; In this dissertation, the above key technical sales discount rebate system commitment to build f or the SAP standard components, the system can be configured using architecture design,including data and processes configuration, system compatibility and fully consider the scalability, for different industries, so the system is designed to three modules,namely customer master data module, material master data module, the rebate calculation management module. In the detailed design process, detailed design of the database table three modules,rebate policy configuration state rebate submission, rebate processing results; this dissertation after detailed design phase of system implementation and system testing, and section shows the results of the test, with the SAP system SD module seamlessly automated financial processing sales, the full realization of data sharing.At present, this dissertation design and implement of the whole car sales discount rebate system has been launched,work well. System automation calculation amount of discounts and rebates, to replace the manual calculation,greatly simplifies the complex workflow,effectively improve the efficiency of instrument management, won the business department’s approval.Paid by endorsement for a lot of, improve the service efficiency of funds, to enhance the company’s overall operating efficiency. Data on the bill of centralized management, unified maintenance and information sharing, to the enterprise manager provides a complete and accurate financial statistics,provide powerful decision support.
