The software testing model plays a very important role in improving testing efficiency and standardizing testing process. In view of web information system has characteristics of distribution, concurrency, heterogeneous and platform-independent, it is necessary to use a good testing model to test information system performance effectively, and then optimize system response time according to test results.The paper does some research in existing typical hierarchical testing model performance, PTGM testing model and comprehensive performance testing model after analysising of the research status at home and abroad. It is discovered that performance index is simple, relatively few species, especially in performance optimization in the current performance test model. the paper improves the deficiencies of performance optimization and propose a more suitable model for information system performance test.The modified performance testing model is more consistent with the practice of the current information system performance testing for it begins with the system requirements analysis phase.(1) Forming a specific performance testing model after balancing the relationship of every performance index.(2) Inserting a test script Reflection time to simulate in actual operation more accurately for different operation habit of inherent and response time of different people.(3)Increasing the performance optimization. It need to compare with the data and software metrics according to the results of the final test, which requires a large and real test data that are not available sometimes and some even cannot get. Thus, increasing the performance prediction by using BP(Back Propagation) neural network regression analysis.The comprehensive analysis system is the core component of the digital campus information portal, which is the center of the information collection, has a large amount of data and a high data security requirements.Take a comprehensive school situation analysis system of basic information inquiry, for example. The paper tests gradually according to the description of the modified performance testing model and determines the bottleneck more quickly and accurately. The paper optimizes The SQL query in Oracle database, and verifies the modified performance testing model not only improves the authenticity and accuracy of test results, but also ensures the smooth progress of the performance test. Finally, experimental results show that the proposed information system performance testing model is effective for the response time of the system is optimized and achieved satisfactory results.
