In recent years, as China’s economy took off rapidly, car ownership by leaps and bounds, intelligent transportation has become the domestic transport industry urgent needs to solve. The outstanding characteristic of intelligent transportation is based on the information collection, processing, distribution, exchange, analysis and use, according to the demand of the traffic participants provide all the required services. Car networking management system based on intelligent transportation is the core of intelligent transportation, car networking management system for the ever-changing road traffic to provide professional, reliable and real-time data. The popularity of intelligent transportation for the future.This paper realize car network system adopts the wireless communication technology, GPS global satellite positioning technology, GIS geographical information technology, computer network technology and database technology, etc., can set up a GPS monitoring center and by various devices using Internet access road vehicle positioning system satellite platform. This system is composed of five parts: including GPS monitoring center, wireless communication platform, global satellite positioning system, vehicle positioning equipment and road vehicle positioning system satellite platform. The overall architecture of this system is divided into six layers, respectively is: display, application services, infrastructure services, data storage, data processing and data reception. Receiving layer is responsible for receiving data from various data from the terminal, and give instructions and data to the terminal, to provide two-way communications services. Data access data receiving layer provides a number of ways, such as terminal directly connected, SMS command issued, etc. Terminal receives the data, insert the data into the system message queue. At the same time, also need to deal with by the system of data receiving layer to the all kinds of instructions and data in the terminal. If direct fails, distributed via SMS for instructions. Data processing layer is responsible for the read from the terminal to receive data from the message queue, to protocol analysis, data processing, deposited in the database. Data storage layer contains two database, a relational database, a database is structured. Relational database to store the relational basic data, business data and geospatial data. Unstructured database used to store unstructured data, video, images, and trajectory, etc. Infrastructure services layer is responsible for the service to the application layer provides public components and services, such as print service, roles, permissions management, multimedia services, electronic map service and system management services. Basic service layer independent development and upgrade, to ensure the continuity of the interface and extensibility. Application service layer is responsible for the business management system, and provide Shared data interface to external system, also provides a unified identity authentication. Application service layer management functions, the system can manage the subordinate branch of the vehicle at all levels, the system to provide various types of monitoring, query view and statistical analysis, etc. Application layer provides a browser, desktop client, a variety of user interface, such as WAP browser meet all types of users with different equipment management and look at it.This system mainly involves two aspects: technical for the concurrency value is not high, real-time monitoring management system: USES B/S structure, using the Java development language; Using distributed middleware deployment of business; Provides the linear scaling; Independent electronic map service, in a way that can use API calls. For the concurrency value is big, can handle huge amounts of data communication receiver, the system processing and the data communication between the vehicle terminal: using C/S structure, using C # development language and C + +; Data into relational and non-relational data, non-relational data using structured storage solution; Establish a simulation terminal, can perform parallel test. This system USES SOA service-oriented architecture to realize the car networking concepts. Combined the technology of SOA and the specific needs of car networking system, design and build suitable for car networking system of SOA application model, and the specific module modeling and decomposition. Through the terminal video can realize remote call, by building a streaming media server, can realize real-time view video surveillance.This system through the concept of intelligent transportation, the SOA service oriented architecture research, in-depth mining industry demand, such as public transportation, logistics, rent, lease, dangerous goods vehicles, car escort car all kinds of industry such as vehicle, provides a set of design of car networking management system based on intelligent transportation, and give the implementation. This system adopts the wireless communication technology, GPS global satellite positioning technology, GIS technology, computer network technology and database technology, etc., to establish a GPS monitoring center, the user can access via the Internet comprehensive road vehicle positioning system satellite platform. This system for all kinds of terminal, communication mode, data exchange standard, system reliability and stability of the ease of use is also made a lot of exploration and attempt to launch a high adaptability, stability is strong, reliable and easy to use integrated network management system.
