FDM 3D printer as the type of production equipment, the mechanical structure design based motion system, its design structure is reasonable or not directly determine the shape of the print quality and print speed, and the system determines the motion between the wire system and CNC wire extrusion system matching relation. With the development of printing technology, the printing needs of FDM 3D printer model put forward higher requirements, this article hit enhance printing speed, improve the printing accuracy as the goal, the current structure of the set of 3D printers, to design a large dual-head 3D FDM printer. The following is the main content of this paper:(1)This paper puts forward a new way of slicing, designs a new 3D printer to send the silk organization and the new cross transmission mechanism, and uses the three-dimensional software to the large-scale 3D double nozzle FDM printer to carry on the three dimensional modeling and the assembly.(2)3D printer control system of large FDM double nozzle is studied, and the control flow chart, temperature control system frame diagram and software system diagram are designed.(3)nfluence factors of FDM based 3D printer printing precision is analyzed derived wire width model formula, reliability formula is verified by experiment and analysis, and put forward an effective method to reduce the printing error, effectively improve the accuracy of print(4)Through the orthogonal test method to the 3D printer for process parameters were studied, respectively, the process parameters in the layer thickness, feed rate, nozzle temperature, empty walking speed and filling rate were investigated, ultimately affect the printing speed and the printing precision factors.
