With the rapid development of electronic information industry, demand for electronic components increases substantially. Production model in electronic components enterprise has been transformed into multi-specification and small-batch and Make to Order. In addition, demand for personalized products is gradually increasing. And with the faster replacement of electronic products and product quality requirements become more stringent, how to ensure of the quality of products, improve the ability to quickly deliver orders to seize market opportunities become an important manifestation of core competitiveness in electronic components enterprise. Therefore, research on management and monitoring of the production process which is closely related to order delivery capabilities has important significance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of production process of a traditional electronic components enterprise, in order to enhance the ability of the rapid orders delivery, this paper research on the production process management and control of the enterprise. As for production development, including development support and development monitoring. Based on the construction of the underlying database, knowledge guidance method and similarity calculation method are combined and used to the case retrieval for matching the related case. And then development programs are adjusted according to the related case and the underlying database to realize the cased-aid development. In manufacturing process, workflow technology is used to establish production process and then relevant information is collected on the process node by bar code technology. Then production progress, tardiness order and order fulfillment rate will be showed in the form of a chart based on statistical analysis of the data collected. According to the results of manufacturing process monitoring, bottleneck process occurred in aging plant. Production scheduling of the bottleneck process is necessary in aging plant. Aims at minimizing the processing time, establishing an integer linear programming model to achieve the multi-machine parallel scheduling model based on order batching model, batch sequencing model, production capacity model and processing time model. And then the adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the integer linear programming model. Finally, a rapid delivery order management software system is designed and developed based on the relevant technology research in this paper.
