| At the end of 2013, China Mobile is granted with the fixed network development license officially and since then the fixed communication business of China Mobile (i.e. PLS (private line service)) developed rapidly. As one of the top runners of integrated business development, Guangzhou Mobile developed its PLS service quickly, with the PLS quantity increasing rapidly and the family broadband service covering communities. However, the current business supporting system structure is obsolete and it could not be improved fundamentally in terms of the process expansion, function increasing, docking with other supporting system and performance optimization, which indicates that it could not provide effective support to the pre-sales, in-sales, after-sales processes.From the perspective of a worker in the PLS business development, the development of a brand new business supporting platform is extremely urgent. In this information-based society, such a platform could effectively utilize the information-based system tools, collect, manage, track and monitor the PLS business requirements explored from the customer end, unify the process links originally scattered at different departments and integrate them seamlessly into the ESOP (CMCC customer business comprehensive operation platform) system, and thus realize the electronization of the whole PLS business development process.This paper plans to analyze the current application of domestic operators’PLS supporting system based on research. It takes the domain requirement analysis method in the software engineering sector as the guidance to analyze the systematic requirements on the new BSS system of Guangzhou Mobile in detail, focusing on the functional modules which shall be improved. It makes in-depth analysis on the requirements and business operation process of major functional modules of private line management, number management, pre-sales, in-sales, after-sales and quality monitoring. Besides, it describes the overall architecture design of the new BSS system and increases the interface designing of the launching business process logic. At last, it illustrates the overall test of the system, including the system compliance test and usage perception test. The new BSS system establishes the customer-oriented PLS development overall process management, optimizes the three levels of "technology-business-future expansion" through unified planning, adopts mature SOA basic architecture, work on the basis of the J2EE platform, better support the system utilization of customers with new system architecture and realize the flexible customization of process links and the quick response of PLS. |
