Mechanization is the basic direction of the development of rice production in the new period. As the key part of rice production mechanization, precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice is the objective demands and inevitable trend of the modernized development of rice cultivation in Jiangsu province. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the rice information level and is helpful to realize the target of high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecology and safety by using modern information technology to promote demonstration and popularization of advanced applicable technology of mechanical transplanting of rice. The paper applied the achievements of precise and quantitative cultivation technology of rice, which was headed by Yangzhou University, then successively developed the material library of 3D animation system of mechanical transplanting of rice, the 3D animation system of precise and quantitative fertilization of mechanical transplanting of rice and the 3D animation system of precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice based on the software Maya 2012, Adobe After effect, Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Format Factory and Corel VideoStudio Pro X6. The development processes of the system included early-stage preparations, such as system analysis, material collection and script design, and then went through 3D rough modeling, model refinement, texturing and mapping, lighting and rendering, animation output, video clip, voice and music acting and so on. The 3D animation system could be played instantly on digital television, personal computers, smartphones and other media. Besides, it had the characteristics of immersion, vitality and imagination. The system realized the innovation of technology promotion media and had significance and high application value in promoting the technical popularization and informatization development of rice production.Firstly, the study developed the material library of 3D animation system of mechanical transplanting of rice based on the software Maya 2012, Photoshop and others through 3D modeling, texturing and mapping, rendering and output, post-processing and other processes.The material library integrated the field scene module, the mechanical tool module, the character role module, the rice growth module and other elements module including rice pests and diseases, soil biology, the field environment and so on, which was rich in material and vivid, and provided basic material and developed technical support to improve the expressive force of the 3D animation system of precise fertilization and precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice.Secondly, the study developed the 3D animation system of precise and quantitative fertilization of mechanical transplanting of rice by using the achievement of the technology of precise and quantitative fertilization of mechanical transplanting of rice based on the software Maya 2012, Photoshop, Adobe After effect and so on, which promoted the effect of 3D visual simulation of the technology of precise and quantitative fertilization of mechanical transplanting of rice, and was helpful to promote more application of the technology in production.The system was easy to understand and vivid, and created favorable conditions for the follow-up 3D animation system of precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice.Last but not least, according to the previous studies, the paper developed the 3D animation system of precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice based on the technology of precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice by using the software Maya 2012, Adobe After effect, Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Format Factory and Corel VideoStudio Pro X6. The processes contained system analysis,3D modeling, texturing and mapping, skeleton and skin, lighting and rendering, animation output, vedio clips and system synthesis, subtitle and voice acting and so on. And it must be improved by system debugging, expert consultation, user experience, etc. The system had the characteristics of three-dimensional nature, vividness, imaginativeness and immersive, and could be instantly played on multi platform. It comprehensively displayed the technical core of precise and quantitative cultivation of mechanical transplanting of rice, such as calculation of the quantities of reasonable basic seedling, precision mechanical transplanting, pricise and quantitative fertilization, precise and quantitative irrigation and so on, which was suitable for the rice production workers, agricultural machinery and agricultural technicians to study and apply. It had the research innovation and application value.
