Research On High Voltage Power Supply Calibration System

This paper summarized traceability new method which used 300 kv ac/dc voltage standard quantity value calibrating high voltage power supply during the development of high voltage power supply calibration system, an application was developed for the supply high voltage calibration equipment of the high voltage power supply so that the calibration ability of high voltage ac/dc power supply in our province was increased to 300 kv. This paper considered a lot about the applicability of the software and the reliability of high voltage standard equipment quantity transmission, increased the automatic calibration function of high voltage ac/dc standard equipment and it could be maintenance an calibrated at fixed period, and at the same time, we analyzed the existing problems when high pressure filter and measuring instrument cooperated to measure dc high voltage power supply ripple voltage and gave solving methods to solve them. We did research on the automation communication online of parallel and serial interface between microcomputers, digital measuring units and data acquisition units, introduced process and methods of the data acquisition, transmission, storage, processing based on high voltage power supply calibration data and environment temperature and humidity. We set up the automatic measurement control software of measurement and calibration, verification test on the base of studying and researching automatic calibration, test the technical solution of standardized processing, storage and output about records, certificates or report, calibrate or inspect the running environment and using tools of application architectures, data structures and high voltage power supply calibration software. This article used Windows environment visual database programming, realizing collection, transmission, storage and processing of the measurement data, doing standardized processing, storage, output for the record, certificate or report of measurement, calibration, verification and testing automatically.
